Our direct-booking rates are the same as our VRBO/Airbnb rates, minus the VRBO/Airbnb service fees and the tax charged on those fees.

If you decide to book, we’ll send you an invoice through PayPal. You can pay securely by credit or debit card - you do not need a PayPal account.
Payments
The payment is done in 2 installments :
1st 35% due at the time of booking;
2nd 65% due 90 days before check in.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in
Travelers must cancel by 11:59pm on the cut-off day before check-in to receive a refund.

No Smoking
No Pets allowed at Captains' House, and Sunset HideawayPets allowed at The Bunny Haus and Owl's Log Home
